Certain models let you add an extra board for older children who are ready to walk but require assistance.

Suspension
The suspension of a triple wheeled buggy will determine the ease with which you and your child/children can push it. A smooth ride is crucial since babies can feel every bump on the road, particularly if it's in rough terrain such as grass or dirt roads. Some models also come with locking front wheels to help in maneuvering and navigating obstacles such as curbs.
Some models use air-filled tyres which will provide a fantastic all-terrain ride, but can be prone to punctures, so ensure you have a spare set in the trunk. Certain models come with gel-filled or foam-filled tyres that are designed to cushion bumps. They are less likely to puncture, but they may be uncomfortable for your child should you decide to jog.

Folding
A three-wheel double buggy folds quite easily to be stored. There are models that fold flat and stand up (as when they were in a pushchair) as well as those that pop open to reveal a more umbrella-style fold, with a hand-operated brake. The more wheels a buggy is equipped with, in general the easier it will be to maneuver through rough terrain. 3 wheeler pushchair is particularly applicable when the wheels are bigger than average - this will provide you with more stability and make it less likely that your child will fall over or tip over.
